You’ll have the opportunity to talk about your life, what you’ve always dreamed of, and the goals you’d like to accomplish for your health. It’s an opportunity to be heard and to get a sense of what it feels like to have more individual support in your life.

What I offer

One-on-one coaching

I offer individual one-on-one coaching where we will be working together to reach your health and wellness goals. We can either meet in person or vis Skype or WhatsApp video. This is a safe space where I am your cheerleader, support and guide to help you along your journey.

Group coaching

I also offer group coaching for groups between 5 and 8 people. This is perfect for corporate companies who want to be ensure the health of their staff and create the opportunity for staff members to have more energy, join in group challenges and build a healthy environment at work.
