In our busy lives of today, it can be quite rare to have the time to explore certain health and wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I create a supportive environment and a safe space for you to voice your needs and desires and reach your goals.

Through my training I have been exposed to the top-class theories, lectures and knowledge and studied numerous effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle and explore what really works for you.

Holistic approach

I use a holistic approach when it comes to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

How does the way you enjoy and do your job have an effect on what you eat? Is there a link between your relationships and your mood? Are there other factors affecting the fact that you struggle to sleep at night? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My Passion

I work with clients to really tune into their bodies and listen to its needs. You can eat all the kale and green smoothies in the world, but if you are unhappy and not satisfied in your job for example, you cannot life a healthy and happy life. My goal is to guide you and give you tools to make the best possible decisions when it comes to things you wish to change or adjust. We all have the power in us to heal ourselves by ourselves, all we need is the chance and some guidance.

My role as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is to mentor and guide clients to create and maintain long-term lifestyle changes and enhance their overall well-being. I act as your guide and ally to help you create these new healthy habits, let go of old unhealthy behaviours and turn your goals into a sustainable reality.

Some concepts we explore


This is the idea that we are all different and what works for me might not work for you. This is the reason why fad diets usually don’t work in the long run. Our bodies are all different and my goal is to work with you and your preferences and unique lifestyle to find what works for you. Together we can explore different ways and styles and see what really resonates and works for you.

Primary food

We can eat all the organic and healthy food in the world, but we need more than food to make us live healthy, balanced fulfilled lives. Together we will look at concepts like healthy relationships and what that means to you, a fulfilling career and how you see yourself in your job, regular physical activity and how to incorporate activities that you love and enjoy, and spiritual awareness, in whatever form that resonates with you.

Crowding out

I am so passionate about this concept as it was one of the single most powerful ways I quit smoking. It is the idea of not having lists and lists of food that you are not allowed to eat and cut out, but rather the focus being on what food you can eat in abundance. The more good and nourishing food you eat and healthy clean water you are drinking, the less room there will be for unhealthy food and habits.

Deconstructing craving

This is such an important area to look into. To not ignore the signs our body is sending us and dig a little deeper into certain craving and figuring out the why?
